1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the m77club platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and m77club as the platform operator. Continued use following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use m77club services, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be located in a region where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• Register only one account per person. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Provide accurate, current and complete personal information during the registration process.
• Not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.

m77club reserves the right to request identity document verification such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

m77club supports a variety of payment methods for members' convenience, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH. All amounts are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise specified.

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. The minimum permitted withdrawal is RM100 and is typically processed within 1 hour on business days. However, processing times may vary depending on the chosen method and security review requirements.

Deposited funds must be used for wagering only. m77club reserves the right to hold withdrawals for compliance review related to anti-money laundering regulations. All payment methods used must be in the name of the registered member — third-party payments are not accepted.

4. Welcome Bonus and Wagering Requirements

m77club offers a 100% first deposit welcome bonus up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is credited automatically once the qualifying first deposit has been successfully processed.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200. Before the bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must wager a total of RM1,000 (that is, RM100 × 10). Another example: a deposit of RM3,200 yields a bonus of RM1,500 and a balance of RM4,700, with a wagering requirement of RM15,000 (RM1,500 × 10).

This bonus cannot be combined with any other active offer or promotion at the same time unless specifically stated. Attempts to abuse the bonus system, including through low-risk wagering techniques designed solely to meet wagering requirements, may result in the bonus being voided.

All other promotions offered from time to time, including VIP cashback, birthday rewards, referral bonuses or seasonal promotions, each have their own terms stated in the respective promotion details.

5. VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback

m77club runs a VIP programme with three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides different weekly cashback benefits based on the member's wagering activity:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP tier upgrades are based on member activity and loyalty. m77club reserves the right to review and adjust a member's VIP status from time to time. Cashback is credited to the member's account according to a set schedule and is subject to separate terms of use.

6. Player Responsibilities and Responsible Gambling

m77club cares about the wellbeing of its members. Each player is fully responsible for the wagering decisions they make. The platform provides self-management tools such as deposit limits and self-exclusion options to help players who need additional control.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination

m77club maintains a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without any refund of balance:

• Using automation software, bots or any method that manipulates game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Owning or accessing multiple accounts under the same or different identities.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or unlawful means.
• Abusing the bonus system through wagering methods specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.

m77club reserves the right to close, suspend or terminate any account suspected of breaching these terms without prior notice. The decision of management is final in all matters relating to terms violations.

8. Information Security and Privacy

m77club collects and processes members' personal information in accordance with its established Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, customer service and regulatory compliance.

All data is stored with industry-standard encryption protection. m77club will not sell, rent or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or the relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

m77club operates under international licensing and prioritises fair play. However, the platform is not responsible for financial losses incurred as a result of wagering, game outcomes, technical disruptions beyond the platform's control, or third-party failures such as payment providers.

All games offered use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness. However, game outcomes are entirely random and are not guaranteed. Past winnings do not guarantee future winnings.

In the event of a conflict between different language versions of this document, the English version shall apply.

10. Customer Service and Dispute Resolution

11. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under m77club's international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism established by the licence holder.

Failure by m77club to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to do so in the future. If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that provision shall be severed, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
